In 39th year, the Dahir built the Collection Building, which was designed to be a suitable location after the Manhua Palace, and created the Manchuria Palace for the collection of the Books. The Emperor holds a feast here every year, after 41 years (1776). On the occasion of the completion of the Book of Fours (1782) in 47th year, the Kanlong Emperor had a feast in Wenzhou, which had been given to officials and participants at all levels in the production of the Book of Fours.
